The purchasing relationship

These purchase terms apply to orders through auivnmv.com, the Auivnmv™ store operated by Chongqing Keyiruida Technology Co., Ltd. Placing an order means acknowledging these terms together with the other store policies made available on the website.

Checking products and accepting orders

We take reasonable care with product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, specifications, supplied components, stock information and prices. Appearance and color may vary slightly with lighting, display settings or ordinary manufacturing variation. We may correct genuine errors and update information when needed.

An order remains subject to reasonable checks of payment, inventory, delivery details, fraud risk and legal restrictions. Payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material price or information errors, unauthorized resale or legal restrictions may reasonably require us to decline, limit or cancel an order. If collected payment relates to a canceled order, an appropriate refund goes back to the original payment method.

The amount you authorize

All transactions are in United States Dollars (USD). Before payment, checkout shows prices, shipping, taxes, discounts and the final amount. By providing payment details you confirm both their accuracy and your authorization to use that payment method.

Promotions follow their disclosed conditions, including eligibility, product exclusions, minimum purchases and expiry dates. Unless an offer states otherwise, it cannot be redeemed for cash or applied after an order is completed.

Delivery, returns and changes

Most available items are processed in 1–3 business days; estimated standard U.S. carrier transit is 5–12 business days following dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, international delivery and delayed or missing parcels.

The Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-calendar-day return window after confirmed delivery for eligible goods. Contact us before shipping a return so we can authorize it and give the correct warehouse address and instructions. Submit cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase; processing or shipping preparation may prevent cancellation.

Lawful transactions and protected rights

Products are offered for lawful use. Fraud, unauthorized resale schemes, payment misuse, promotion abuse, interference with the site or checkout, and other unlawful conduct are prohibited.

Where applicable law permits, Auivnmv™ and Chongqing Keyiruida Technology Co., Ltd. exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages connected with the website, an order or a product. This does not exclude or reduce any statutory right, remedy, warranty or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may publish revised terms here. Unless the law requires a different result, a transaction is generally governed by the version in place when the order was submitted.
